A CLEARER PRODUCT BRIEF
Bamboo baby pajamas are not defined by the fiber name alone. A production-ready specification should state the actual fiber composition, knit structure, GSM, stretch, recovery and finishing. The fabric must then work with the intended silhouette, size range and construction.
For US programs, confirm whether the style is sleepwear, loungewear or another product category before sampling. Garment fit, sizing, labeling and applicable testing should be considered from the beginning—not added after production.
One- and two-way zipper options, zipper guards, fold-over cuffs, convertible feet and coordinated custom prints.
Long- or short-sleeve sets developed around fabric stretch, neckline construction, waistband comfort and target fit.
Coordinated infant, kids and adult styles with aligned artwork scale, colors, packaging and launch timing.
Custom labels, care instructions, hangtags, barcode stickers, folding methods and retail-ready packaging.
FROM TECH PACK TO APPROVAL
1. Fabric specification. Confirm fiber content, knit construction, target GSM, stretch, recovery and finishing. We can submit available fabric options or develop a custom color or print when the order plan supports it.
2. Fit and construction sample. Review the measurement chart, fit, neckline, cuffs, zipper guard, foot shape and seam comfort. Corrections are recorded before the approved pre-production sample.
3. Print and trim approval. Check artwork repeat, scale, color, label wording, zipper color, hangtag and packaging. A strike-off helps identify print issues before cutting bulk fabric.
4. Market and quality plan. Define the intended product category, size range, inspection standard and applicable US testing before production. See our US baby clothing compliance guide for CPC, tracking-label and children's sleepwear planning.
US SLEEPWEAR FIT CONTROL
A label such as 12–18 months is not a complete manufacturing specification. The brand and manufacturer need one approved measurement method, one chart by size and a record of the sample condition used for approval.
FOR US BUYERS
According to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, tight-fitting children's sleepwear must stay within specified maximum dimensions and meet defined design, size-label, hangtag and packaging-label conditions. Garments that do not qualify for the applicable exception may instead be subject to the full children's sleepwear flammability requirements.
That decision affects pattern ease, size naming, cuffs, trims, packaging and the testing plan. RUIXING can manufacture to an agreed specification and coordinate production records; the US importer or domestic manufacturer remains responsible for identifying the applicable rules and issuing required certification. Review the official CPSC infant garment and tight-fitting sleepwear guidance.

A useful brief allows our team to recommend the correct fabric and identify cost-sensitive construction details before sampling.
BUYER QUESTIONS
The usual starting point is 50 pieces per style, depending on fabric availability, custom color or print, size ratio and packaging. We confirm the workable MOQ after reviewing your product brief.
Yes. We support repeat-print development, print scale and color review, strike-offs and coordinated prints across zipper sleepers, two-piece pajamas and family sets.
We can coordinate product testing and documentation according to the garment, sizing, fabric and intended US market. Requirements should be confirmed before sampling because fit, construction and flammability classification affect development.
No. Fiber content does not determine the classification. For US sales, the importer or brand should confirm the intended use, size range, finished-garment measurements, construction, labels and applicable testing. Tight-fitting sleepwear must meet the dimensional, design and labeling conditions in the relevant CPSC rules.
Approve the finished-garment chart by size, including the relevant chest, waist, seat, upper-arm, thigh, wrist and ankle measurements for the selected sleepwear route. The approval record should also identify the measurement method, tolerance, sample status and expected wash change.
Standard samples are typically completed in 3–7 days after fabric, measurements, artwork and construction are confirmed. Custom fabric, color or special trims may require additional time.
Yes. Available options include heat-transfer or woven labels, care and size labels, hangtags, barcode stickers, polybags, boxes and other retail packaging.
