FROM ARTWORK TO A REPEATABLE PRODUCT
A custom print is more than a digital artwork file. The repeat, scale, color references and line detail must suit the selected bamboo jersey or rib, remain clear when the fabric stretches and align with the garment's pattern pieces and construction.
Our product-development team connects the print decision to fabric GSM, garment fit, zipper and binding colors, labels and packaging. That creates one approved standard that can be checked again during bulk production.
Review the original artwork, repeat structure, orientation, color references and intended scale on the finished garment.
Select the actual bamboo-derived viscose composition, knit construction, weight, stretch and recovery for the product and fit.
Compare print scale, edge clarity, color balance, hand feel, stretch behavior and appearance after the agreed wash procedure.
Check placement across seams, zipper alignment, cuffs, bindings, fit, measurements and the complete private-label presentation.
WHAT TO SEND FOR A PRINT QUOTATION
You do not need every production detail finalized. Send your product idea and artwork status; we can identify the specifications that still need to be developed.
PRINT SAMPLE APPROVAL
Print scale and repeat. Review the artwork on the garment size range—not only on a screen. A repeat that looks balanced on a blanket may feel oversized on newborn sleeves or cuffs.
Color and hand feel. Approve physical output under consistent lighting. Evaluate whether printing changes the fabric's softness, stretch, recovery or surface appearance.
Wash and stretch performance. Use an agreed wash procedure to examine color change, print clarity, distortion, shrinkage and seam appearance on the complete garment.
Production reference. Connect the approved strike-off, garment sample, artwork version, fabric specification and color standard to the purchase order and inspection plan.
BUYER QUESTIONS
Yes. You can provide original repeat artwork or an initial print direction. We review scale, repeat, colors, fabric compatibility and the intended garment before preparing a strike-off or sample.
Vector artwork is preferred when available, but a clear concept or reference can start the discussion. Final production artwork should define the repeat, scale and colors and must be approved before bulk printing.
The usual starting point is 50 pieces per style, but the workable MOQ depends on the selected base fabric, print method, number of colors, size ratio, labels and packaging. We confirm it after reviewing the artwork and order plan.
Often yes, but scale and placement should be reviewed for each pattern piece and garment size. Coordinating one approved artwork across several products can help create a consistent private-label collection.
The development path can include an artwork review, printed strike-off and garment sample. Bulk production should begin only after the agreed print, fabric, fit and construction standard is approved.
Confirm the product category, age range, fiber labeling, care information, tracking information and applicable testing before production. The US importer or domestic manufacturer is responsible for the applicable certification path.
