A successful bamboo baby pajama program begins before the sample is sewn. Clear decisions about material, fit, construction and artwork help reduce repeated revisions and keep the approved sample aligned with bulk production.

01

Start with the fabric specification

Confirm composition, fabric structure, GSM, stretch and recovery rather than requesting bamboo fabric in general. The correct weight and structure depend on season, garment fit and target market.

02

Define fit and size range

Share a measurement chart, reference garment or target customer profile. Review chest, body length, sleeve length, rise and leg opening across the complete size range.

03

Confirm construction details

Specify zipper direction, zipper guard, cuffs, neck binding, seam type, label position and any convertible features. These details affect comfort, cost and production consistency.

04

Approve print and color correctly

Review artwork scale, repeat, color standards and a printed fabric strike-off before sampling. Screen colors alone cannot represent the final printed fabric accurately.
