01What is your minimum order quantity?+
Our MOQ starts from 50 pieces per style for selected products. The final MOQ depends on the fabric, print, color and product construction.
02How long does sampling take?+
Most samples can be prepared in approximately 5–7 days after the design, fabric and details are confirmed.
03Can you develop custom prints?+
Yes. We support print artwork development, color adjustment, printed fabric strike-offs and coordinated collection planning.
04Which materials can you supply?+
Our core options include bamboo viscose, bamboo rib, Tencel modal, lyocell, Ecosoy and organic cotton.
05Do you support private labels and packaging?+
Yes. Heat transfer labels, woven labels, hangtags, custom trims, gift boxes and retail packaging can be developed together.
06What certifications and tests can you support?+
Depending on the material, product and destination market, documentation and testing support may include GOTS, OCS, OEKO-TEX, FSC, BSCI, ISO 9001, CPSIA, CPC, flammability and REACH.
07How do you control product quality?+
Production follows staged quality checks with final 100% inspection according to the approved sample and confirmed specifications.
08Can I start with a small test order?+
